This is my newest morning routine. I have been on this routine for about a month now, and it has honestly helped set my day up for success as an entrepreneur.
When I first wake I complete the breathing exercise, which is simply inhaling while raising your arms up and exhaling while lowering them. I do this for about a minute before a few minutes of meditation and gratitude. Following this, I do some affirmation in the mirror.
After my coffee, I head off to the gym where if I am doing cardio I will do my manifestation exercises, or I will do a weight lifting routine while listening to motivational playlists.

Once I am back home, I eat my breakfast and read then I will get ready for my day by dressing up and planning in my bullet journal.
